1. Services

A&A Construction Development LLC provides professional construction and development services, including free inspections and prompt scheduling in your area. Service availability may vary by location. Services in Ordnance to Completion of Job Contract Agreements to ACCOUNT CONTRACT AGREEMENTS*Signed*

2. Scheduling and Inspections

In-Person scheduling of inspections and services. Inspection results are based on current conditions and may not reveal hidden or future issues.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide access to the property for inspections and construction work. Clients must ensure compliance with any local laws and obtain necessary permits unless otherwise agreed.

4. Proposals and Payments

Proposals that are estimates and quotes are provided based on current information. On Agreement via Account Contract Agreement.: Account Contract Agreement is Required to Payments due as specified in the *Signed* Via DocuSign per Account Contract Agreement.

5. Liability

A&A Construction Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is provided.
